If you’ve seen a floor covering you'd like to buy, we aim to make it easy at every step. 

ORDER
Purchase from the comfort of your own home, book a free home consultation where our flooring specialist will be happy to measure your chosen rooms, provide expert planning advice as well as providing a quote. This expert service will ensure you get the right product and perfect fit with minimum waste to saving you money. Once you are happy, you can place your order with us there and then or come back to us at a later date.  It really couldn’t be easier.
Our quotes are valid for 4 days.

If you are ordering without physically seeing the flooring from us (via our home consultation), we accept no responsibility should the end product not be correct or what you were expecting. Colours on a screen do vary from the actual product colour and textures etc can look different.  Customers are responsible for this and their own measurements. We strongly advise to book a free home consultation where we bring the samples to your door and measure your chosen rooms.  
By seeing and touching the sample in your room, against your decor, soft furnishings and lighting, will allow to see a true representation and will help you to find your perfect flooring before committing to buy/order.  No refund or exchange is given.


I Wish To Place An Order - what happens next?

When ordering you new flooring from Tony's Carpets and Flooring, you will be asked to pay a deposit.  This deposit is non-refundable.  Should you no-longer wish to processed once you have made payment, no refund or exchange will be given.
Once we have received your deposit, we will order your flooring from our supplier.  Unfortunately, we do not hold flooring in stock.
If you would like us to 'Supply Only' then the full balance is due upon ordering - this payment is a non refundable.
Once we have received your flooring from our suppliers will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for fitting and / or collection/delivery.

REMAINING BALANCE
The remaining balance is due the day before fitting.  
If you are a returning customer, we will accept payment on the day of fitting.  The balance must be settled in full before the fitter leaves your premises.
If you have ordered as 'Supply Only' then payment must be made in full upon ordering.
If you are having your new flooring fitted, then fitters balance (which is quoted separately) must be paid direct to the fitter in cash upon fitting.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by cash, debit card, credit card and bank transfer.

These terms and conditions form part of the legal contract between yourself 'the customer' and Tony's Carpets and Flooring.
